EMPLOYMENT OPPORUNTIES:
We hire a large number of seasonal workers to assist in apartment turnover as well as other full and part time primarily seasonal/ summer employment opportunities. BASE STARTING PAY IS $16 per hour. Pay increases annually for returning workers. Higher starting pay considered based on prior experience and acquired skills.
APARTMENT TURNOVER JOBS: (2-4 weeks - July/August) Prep Crew, Paint Crew
If you are looking for a good paying short term summer job that may be available on a recurring yearly basis this may be great fit. Positions are available for full or part time seasonal or short term work (2 weeks, 1 month, 2-3 months). Most turnover occurs during the last 2 weeks of July and the first 2 weeks of August. Some positions are for prep crew, some are paint crew, many may be a combination. Potential for significant Overtime. Bonuses are available to those who finish out the full turnover schedule. Bonuses are based on productivity and follow through. Turnover work is an ideal opportunity for ambitious high school and college students who want to learn a skill, gain work experience and establish a strong work ethic and the rewards that it can bring. This is also a good opportunity for other seasonal workers, gig workers or those between full time jobs.
SUMMER JOBS: (Mid-May through August): Paint Crew, Deck Crew
Some employment may be available starting as early as mid-May. This may include a combination of Deck Staining apartment turnover and other residential and commercial painting. Wage depends upon experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You must be reliable, hard working, flexible, willing and able to follow instructions in a fast paced, high production environment, able to work long hours of physical labor. Must not be allergic to latex or have other chemical sensitivities that prevent you from working with and around latex, oil or shellac based paints, primers, caulking or spackle/drywall compounds or dust. Must be at least 16 years of age. Painting and/or construction related experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidates. References required.
